Anything posted here was ripped from vinyl, by me. No exceptions. I'm not a bitrate Nazi, so don't expect 320kbit/s variable bitrate rips. You will never find the newest 50 Cent or Lil' Wayne releases here. You will not find backpacker so-called 'true school' Hip-Hop here. The goal of this blog is to bring past sounds to a new audience, and refresh the memories of those who lived through previous eras. Lastly, keep the digging spirit alive. I post what I consider to be the most interesting cuts from an LP, 12", or 45, not the entire piece. That should hopefully motivate you to buy it when you're out digging, because who knows -- maybe my taste sucks and another remix, song, dub, or instrumental, is more interesting to you.
