Adult Jazz Community Rhythms Project.
Featuring an excerpt from "Idiot Mantra."

Director - Samuel Travis.
Director Of Photography - Isaac Eastgate.

The most recent subjects of our Band To Watch series, British quartet Adult Jazz are known for their genre-blending eccentricity. The band’s new short film/music video, titled Community Rhythms, features the song “Idiot Mantra” and is set in a school gym, with frontman Harry Burgess (who’s actually a grade-school teacher in his spare time) leading a drum circle. The band asks the initial question, “How many people can you fit in the back of a van?” and answers, “A great many,” followed by tribal beats and a heady falsetto from Burgess.
