Description

Broadcast date: 1978-04-22

"Follow Me" - a song by French singer Amanda Lear released in 1978 by Ariola Records.

Amanda Lear wrote the song lyrics herself, as she did on every Sweet Revenge track, and the music was composed by Anthony Monn, her long-time producer and collaborator. Musically, "Follow Me" showcased mainstream disco sound, popular in the second half of the 1970s. However, it contained symphonic elements and revealed inspiration from the innovatory work of German band Kraftwerk.
