Last year, Seattle-based singer-songwriter Car Seat Headrest (born Will Toledo) signed with Matador and released his label debut Teens of Style. Now, he's readying a follow-up titled Teens of Denial and the first taste of the new material has arrived with a video for "Vincent."

The song expresses an ambivalence to partying, and that sentiment is captured in the new clip by director Quinn George. It features Toledo on his six-string, while a man (presumably named Vincent) hits the bottle hard and doesn't have a great time.

"Fighting to hold one's place in the crowd, to hold one's drink. It's about shouting to be heard, but what's the point, no one's saying anything worth listening to," Toledo said in a press release, explaining the meaning of the song. "It's about wanting to leave but not wanting to go home. The music is too loud."
