Texan multi-instrumentalist and bedroom producer Conner Youngblood enlists director Johannes Greve Muskat for a skate across South Dakota’s badlands for the latest from The Generation of Lift
Conner Youngblood recently displayed the versatility of his sound with the release of “Diamonds” earlier this month. However, he seems to shine the brightest when recording slower tracks that give the centerstage to his soft voice. In collaboration with NOWNESS, Conner shares the visuals for “The Badlands” - another track taken from his recent EP, The Generation of Lift.
“The Badlands” video finds Conner Youngblood on the open road with nothing but his skateboard and his dog. He explores the vast, deserted lands as the down-tempo, piano-led single soundtracks his lonely journey. The beautiful scenery heightens the emotions of the song, while also making it feel that much more mesmerizing.
