"It Matters to Me" is the title of a romantic love song written by Ed Hill and Mark D. Sanders, and recorded by American country music artist Faith Hill. It was released in November 1995 as the second single and title track from her album of the same name and her third Number One hit on the Billboard country charts as well as her first Hot 100 hit. The corresponding video was directed by famed photographer Randee St. Nicholas.
