Imelda Mary Higham (born 10 July 1974), known as Imelda May, née Clabby, is an Irish vocalist and musician. Hailing from The Liberties area of Dublin, May began her career in music at 16 and released her debut album in 2005. May also plays the bodhrán and guitar. She won the Best Female Artist of the Year award at the 2009 Meteor Awards.
"Inside Out" is a song by Irish rockabilly singer Imelda May. Written solely by May, the song was released as her sixth single on January 16, 2011 and the third, and assumingly final, single from her third studio album Mayhem.
