Life might be a beach for Joe Moorhead, but even beaches have their off days. That’s the idea behind Moorhead’s new single, “Bad Day,” directed by Marcus Morelli. While the music is as positive as ever, Joe sings about a storm that wipes away his house and his belongings.

The video shows Joe adapting to his new reality once the storm has passed. He wakes up to find his home damaged. Leaving to survey the destruction around him, he strums his guitar in a beached ship and bonds with his neighbors in the streets. Throughout, he maintains his positivity. As he puts it, "I could be homeless or broke and still be happy to wake up and see the beauty of those islands."

Beautifully shot and poignant in its reflection on what truly matters, “Bad Day” is the perfect song to get you through your hot summer days.
