Music video by John Legend performing Save Room. (C) 2006 SONY BMG MUSIC ENTERTAINMENT

"Save Room" is the first single from John Legend's second album, Once Again. It is a joyful, cool love song that samples Gábor Szabó's version of the Classics IV hit "Stormy". As John recalls, "Kanye West brought the sample. I didn't even know the original. I just knew it was a nice organ sound and wanted to write to it. I just started mumbling along to it, finding my place in the melody and it worked for me." The song is different from Legend's previous singles as the piano is not used in the song. The absence of the piano is meant to profile Legend as a singer and not merely a pianist.

The song's music video was shot in various locations in New York City and features Legend in relations with several different women. Legend is seen trying to stay in relationships with the women but having trouble doing so.
