It is the third single produced by Guetta with Rowland's vocals, the first two being Guetta's number one dance track "When Love Takes Over" (2009) and Rowland's 2010 comeback single "Commander".

The single was debuted on BBC Radio 1 on August 18, 2010, and will be released in the UK on September 27, 2010, as the album's second UK single. It features scenes of Rowland and her friends having a good time in Los Angeles.
