Swedish natives Nicklas Stenemo and Christian Berg came together years ago and created Kite. Since then, the duo have rebelled against the expectations of the music industry, only ever releasing EP’s, and done things by their own book. They’ve accumulated enormous success in Sweden, selling out shows and performing with insane light displays.

Kite has just released their music video for their song, “Count the Days”, off of their latest EP VI. The video is all black and white and super eerie, complete with spooky silhouettes and ominous smoke. Their vocals and overall vibe remind me slightly of a more gothic Die Antwoord. (Which I didn’t know was possible!) The track is broody but captivating, and the video will surely send chills up your spine.
