Montreal duo Loosestrife released their album Getting Better Getting Worse over the weekend via Saturn Returns, and now the twosome have popped out a new video for the opening cut "Popcorn."

The song is a bright and boppy garage-pop ditty with quirky vocal yelps, tongue-rolls and gasps. The lyrics about "bouncing around" are brought to life by shots of band members Claire Lyke and Shaun Weadick jumping and moshing together, with the whole thing drained of colour and contrast with a whitewashed aesthetic.

The video was directed by Carol Fernandes.
