"Now My Heart Is Full" is a song by British artist Morrissey, taken from his fourth solo album Vauxhall and I. The song references Graham Greene's novel Brighton Rock, with the refrain of "Dallow, Spicer, Pinkie, Cubitt" (the members of a criminal gang in the book) and possibly also John Osborne's play "Look Back in Anger", with the title allegedly coming from the line in the play "My heart is so full I feel ill."
