Minneapolis rockhounds Night Moves have released a video for “Carl Sagan,” the lead-off track to their sophomore LP Pennied Days. Directed by Brook Linder, the video feels like a clip from the tense third act of a road movie, providing a nice contrast with the song’s airy mix. The lines “Well am I a fool to ignore them?/ But how else shall I go on?” are nearly muted, which makes sense in the context of two silent traveling companions in the middle of the California Desert.
