‘King Push – Darkest Before Dawn: The Prelude’ Available Everywhere Now!

Directed by Kid Art

Follow Pusha T:

Today, Pusha T releases his truly excellent new album King Push – Darkest Before Dawn: The Prelude, and he’s made a 22-minute short film called Darkest Before Dawn to go with it. I’ve only skimmed through the movie, but it’s weird and twisted and gothic, with Pusha spending time in confessionals and red-lit rooms, climbing walls like a demon and talking about the darkness that seems to be pulling at his soul. Kid Art, who also directed Pusha’s “Crushes, Crosses, Caskets” video, is the auteur here, and the spooky carousel from that video makes an appearance. .
