Röyksopp is a Norwegian electronic music duo from Tromsø, formed in 1998. Since their inception, the band's line-up has included Svein Berge and Torbjørn Brundtland. Röyksopp has been nominated for one Grammy Award, won seven Spellemannprisen awards, performed worldwide tours, and produced albums which have topped the charts in several countries.

Röyksopp emerged from the Tromsø techno scene and Bergen Wave after experimenting with different genres of electronic music. The band solidified their place in the electronica scene with their 2001 debut album, Melody A.M., released on the Wall of Sound record label. Since then the band has consistently experimented with various genres pertaining to electronica, gaining critical acclaim and popular success around the world.

"Happy Up Here" is a song by Röyksopp, released as free download from their album Junior. The one-track digital single was also released in selected stores on January 19, 2009, while the physical single and digital EP with remixes were released on March 16, 2009.

The song samples Parliament's 1976 single, "Do That Stuff."
