Finnish progressive kraut rock outfit Siinai has unleashed a video for “Munich 1972” off last year’s Olympic Games. The track’s layered guitars, “one of the more experimental, woozy moments on the album,” bring to mind the seminal motorik of Neu! and Kraftwerk circa “Autobahn”. Crackling with static and random, kaleidoscopic images of children picking berries and a woman falling asleep, the accompanying video eerily complements “Munich 1972”’s viscous distortion.

From SIINAI's debut LP "Olympic Games" out now worldwide on Splendour.

Directed // Edited by: Caleb Dunham
