Sisters of Séance is luka rogers (from basketball) based out of Vancouver, Canada. The footage is taken from 'Manon' directed by Henri-Georges Clouzot. The persian tanbur is by Ali Akbar Moradi

Luka Rogers has been weaving complicated, global-sampling beats with Vancouver electronic experimentalists Basketball for years, but since he's currently splitting his days living between Toronto and Lotusland, he's also had some time to focus on his solo project, Sisters of Séance. You can now sample one of the dark synthscaper's latest jams, "Tasnif for the Dead," in a new video.
