‘You’re My Waterloo - taken from the new album ‘Anthems for Doomed Youth’ – out now.

Directed by Roger Sargent and Carl Barat

UK indie rock vets the Libertines delivered their first new album in a decade with the arrival of this year's Anthems for Doomed Youth, and now they've shared a video for that record's masterpiece ballad "You're My Waterloo."

The melancholic romance of the song gets matched with a black-and-white clip, which was directed by the band's Carl Barât and their photographer friend and documentarian Roger Sargent.

It stars a young couple traipsing about London at night, but it wouldn't be a Libertines video without some drama. The whimsy and romance turns into disagreement before the clip's end.
