Description

From The Pack A.D.'s album Unpersons, "
Positronic" was directed by our good buddy Lloyd Lee Choi of The Herd Films

-

The Pack A.D. seem to have a bit of a penchant for violent music videos. The clip for "Sirens" showed a man overcome by a fit of rage, and now the Vancouver garage rock duo have released another aggressive video from their Unpersons album, this time for "Positronic."

Director Lloyd Choi explained the video with the following statement:

It is great working with the Pack because they encourage creative freedom with their music videos. After creating their video for the first single "Sirens," it was such a torturous experience (in the best kind of way) that I jumped at the chance to work on "Positronic." The mechanical grungy tone of the song instantly inspired the idea of a young woman's cybernetic self-discovery and self-destruction. This "simple" idea turned out to be an ambitious three-day shoot filled with car crashes, visual effects, concerts, and stunts. This video would not have been possible without the incredibly talented actors we were lucky to find, and the amazing crew that worked so tirelessly.
