Description

Ultravox (formerly Ultravox!) are a British New Wave band that rose to prominence in the late 1970s/early 1980s. They were one of the primary exponents of the British electronic pop music movement of the early 1980s. The band was particularly associated with the New Romantic movement, although it both pre- and post-dated New Romanticism by several years. They are arguably best known for the song Reap The Wild Wind in the United States and Vienna elsewhere.

"Vienna" is Ultravox's third single from their fourth album of the same name (and the first under Midge Ure's leadership). The single was released on Chrysalis Records on January 15, 1981, peaking for 4 weeks at #2 in the UK singles chart. It was ranked at #1 on the countdown of the Top 75 Songs Of The 1980s by BJMA in 2008. It is recognizable for Midge Ure's loud straining vocals.

Unfortunately, our tech team is only focusing on songs/videos uploaded within the last 3 years. There is no time frame of when media uploaded over 3 years ago will be fixed. We updated our player to HTML5. The videos (the few I checked on your website) are FLV files. Unfortunately, we do not offer a way to play or download these videos. I am including your email as feedback for a requested option.
I'll wait until August and then they will be deleted if not fixed by then.
