Underoath is an American Christian metalcore band from Tampa, Florida. Founded by Dallas Taylor and Luke Morton on November 30, 1997 in Ocala, Florida, subsequently its additional members were from Tampa, Florida. They are currently signed with Solid State Records, a subsidiary of Tooth and Nail Records, and are the label's most popular group.

Ø (Disambiguation) is the seventh album by American metalcore band Underoath. Released on November 9, 2010 through Tooth & Nail Records,[1][2][3] the album is the band's first without founding member Aaron Gillespie, and the first with Daniel Davison, formerly of Norma Jean. As of this album, none of the members that appeared on Underoath's debut album remain in the band. Ø Disambiguation was met with a high ammount of acclaim and was recorded at Glow in the Dark Studios in Atlanta Georgia, the same studio where the band's previous album, Lost in the Sound of Separation was recorded.
