Arty Party will be released on April 19th 2014 on Energy Snake Records on limited edition double-a side vinyl, with the delightfully sinister track 'Songbot'.
Industrial pop crew Vuvuvultures are set to kick off a new 7-inch campaign culminating in a compilation release, and while the final results won't arrive for some time, the London, UK group are inviting you along to their "Arty Party" right now via a music video for their track of the same name.
Directed by Fiona Garden, the playful clip finds the quartet goofing around and dancing against a pitch black backdrop. Vocalist Harmony Boucher hams it up for the camera the whole way through, whether launching a punch or two in the camera's direction or offering up a nipple-tickle to a bandmate. As for the track, it presents a series of distorted, spiraling synths and tick-tocking drum machine beats supporting the singer's lines about being part of the hashtag generation.
You can check out the video above, and pick up the track on Vuvuvultures upcoming first instalment of the singles series, which arrives April 19 through Energy Snake Records. The slab of wax will also feature new track "Song Bot."
