All The Kings Men, released on October 5th 2009, is the infectious second single and a real stand out track from Wild Beasts exceptional album, Two Dancers. An ode to Girls from Rodean, girls from Shipley, girls from Hounslow, girls from Whitby, All The Kings Men is one from the dead-eyed to the doe-eyed, featuring a decadent tenor from Tom Fleming who takes the reins on lead vocals. Layers of swaying keyboards from Hayden Thorpe, crystalline guitars from Benny Little and a rutting tom-tom from Chris Talbot create the songs' cascading, sinuous groove. Watch me, watch me!
Wild Beasts are an indie rock band from Kendal, in England's Lake District. They released their first single, "Brave Bulging Buoyant Clairvoyants", on Bad Sneakers Records in November 2006, and subsequently signed to Domino Records. They have released two acclaimed albums, Limbo, Panto in 2008, and Two Dancers in 2009. Lead singer Hayden Thorpe is also known for his operatic countertenor voice.
